Working out Post-Injury

Today was the first day that I worked out after my fall. I decided to take a slow start with Pilates. The video I picked was Crunch: Super SlimDown. I find this workout to be challenging but not too cardio intense. It requires a few plank poses, which stretched out my stiff wrist and ankle. Ellen is very helpful in her directions and gives encouragement and time to stretch between exercises. You will absolutely feel the stretch in your core and muscles.
