I love cookbooks! Today I wanted to share a few with you that I couldn’t do without!
Alicia’s The Kind Diet is a great book with information about being diet and includes diverse and delicious recipes. My favorite recipe is for the chocolate peanut butter cups.
I just discovered Lindsay Nixon’s books and they’re full of vegetarian recipes with common ingredients and familiar dishes. She also has a great name!
Heidi Swanson’s books Super Natural Cooking and Super Natural Every Day include healthful recipes and interesting ingredients. Check out her fabulous website here.
This is the first veggie book I bought, Colleen’s recipes are great. She has other cookbooks, but this one is my favorite.
