Today I have some unfortunate news. Twelve days into the new year, and my resolution to do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily and eating well, I hit a road bump. On Thursday, I broke two bones in my arm and chipped a bone in my ankle while working out. Yikes! I’m on the mend and have an appointment for surgery on my wrist. I’m hope to recover quickly. Until then, I’m catching up on my tv shows and reading books, magazines, and doing crosswords!
I’m going to post during my down time and sharing some tips on exercising safely! I don’t want you to end up like me.
