    Healthy During the Holidays

    Thanksgiving will be here before you know it and then followed by cakes and cookies and overindulgence during Holiday Parties. This week Kathy is sharing her tips for enjoying the holiday but healthfully.     Apple Muffins

    This apple muffin is AMAZING, its great with a cup of hot tea and perfect for a cool fall day. Recipe will make a dozen muffins.
