    Presentation is half of the fun of baking and eating! It’s very easy to create a pretty lattice top pie crust for your next pie. Roll out your top dough and use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 3/4 inch slices. For demonstration purposes, I used red and blue construction paper. Follow the photo tutorial below. Ingredients: 7 Apples, varying in type 3/4 Cup brown sugar Cinnamon Cloves All Spice Pinch of salt 2 Pie crusts Method: Peel, core, and thinly slice apples.     For my sister’s baby shower, we gave out these adorable teddy bear cookies as favors. It is time intensive process but certainly worth the effort. Here is a recipe for the cookies and the icing. Almond Sugar Cookies 1 Cup butter 1 Cup powdered sugar 1 Egg, beaten 1 ½ Teaspoon almond extract 1 Teaspoon vanilla 1 Teaspoon salt 2 ½ Cups flour Method: Cream butter. Add powdered sugar.
