One of my favorite appetizers to get at a restaurant is bruschetta. Fresh tomatoes and basil are a great combination. This is a simple recipe to make this dish at home. 6 Plum tomatoes, chopped 4 Garlic cloves, minced 1/4 Cup fresh basil, chopped 1/4 Teaspoon salt 1/8 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/4 Cup olive oil Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Allow to sit and flavors to combine Serve with sliced bread.
