This weekend we hosted a baby shower! We wanted to have a fun drink without the alcohol. This is a perfect drink for a summer’s baby shower. It’s fruity, cool and delicious!

Mommy Mocktail – Bellini

Ingredients:

• Sparkling white grape juice, chilled
• Peach strawberry juice, chilled
• Frozen peach slices

Method:

1. Add a slice of frozen beach to each champagne flute.
2. Fill each glass halfway with Peach strawberry juice.
3. Carefully add the sparkling white grape juice to each glass.
4. Enjoy!
