How To Make A Quick Sandwich

As you may know, I’ve been dealing with a broken arm. So I’ve been having a tough time cooking for myself. Chopping veggies with one arm is difficult. I’ve been resorting to quick meals and one of my go to lunches has been grilled cheese and tomato soup. I was never a fan of tomato soup until I discovered Imagine Brand Tomato Soup. Now I love it! I’ve been using my toaster oven to throw together a quick toasted cheese which pairs perfectly with my favorite soup.

Method:

  1.  Place two pieces of bread on the toasting rack.
  2. Arrange one slice of your favorite cheese on each slice.
  3. Toast until the bread has toasted and cheese has melted.
  4. Smash pieces of toast together and enjoy with soup of your choice.
