Since I started back to working out after my injury. I am working in healthful foods including this protein smoothie. Of course, I had to include my favorite ingredient… chocolate.
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Scoops protein powder (I used Trader Darwin’s (Joe’s) Soy Vanilla Protein Powder)
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 Cup almond milk
- 3 or 4 Ice cubes
- 1 Teaspoon agave nectar (or to taste)
Instructions: Toss all into a blender and process until smooth.
Makes: 2 smoothies.
