Bruschetta Recipe | Lindsay Ann Loft

One of my favorite appetizers to get at a restaurant is bruschetta. Fresh tomatoes and basil are a great combination. This is a simple recipe to make this dish at home.

  • 6 Plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 Cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Allow to sit and flavors to combine
  3. Serve with sliced bread.
