I love french fries and but I do not love how unhealthy they are. So this weekend I decided to take a stab at a healthier version. I think it’s pretty successful.
Baked Potato Fries
- 4 Potatoes
- Olive Oil in Misto
- Seasoned Salt
- Evenly slice potatoes with a slicer or a knife.
- Place on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
- Spray lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt or your favorite seasoning.
- Bake at 400 for 45 minutes to an hour. Depending on desired result.
