Baked Potato Fries

I love french fries and but I do not love how unhealthy they are. So this weekend I decided to take a stab at a healthier version. I think it’s pretty successful.

Baked Potato Fries

  • 4 Potatoes
  • Olive Oil in Misto
  • Seasoned Salt
  1. Evenly slice potatoes with a slicer or a knife.
  2. Place on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
  3. Spray lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt or your favorite seasoning.
  4. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes to an hour. Depending on desired result.
