I have made a resolution to assign myself weekly workout and healthy living intentions. What are your fitness intentions? I feel that goals are more attainable when you name them them and write them down.
I think it will be a fun little project to share my fitness goals and if you want to, share your goals in the comments. It can help keep us motivated.
My Intentions for this Week:
- Eat 3 Servings of Vegetables
- Eat 2 Servings of Fruit
- Improve my Balance
- Workout at least 5 times a week
- Log 6 Miles running/ jogging/ power walking
