Fitness Intentions

I have made a resolution to assign myself weekly workout and healthy living intentions. What are your fitness intentions? I feel that goals are more attainable when you name them them and write them down.

I think it will be a fun little project to share my fitness goals and if you want to, share your goals in the comments. It can help keep us motivated.

My Intentions for this Week:

  1. Eat 3 Servings of Vegetables
  2. Eat 2 Servings of Fruit
  3. Improve my Balance
  4. Workout at least 5 times a week
  5. Log 6 Miles running/ jogging/ power walking
